 What is JUVENE?

JUVENE is an "anti-aging” peptide-based cocktail, developed by Tithon Biotech, through years of extensive research, using various forms of anti-aging products and procedures. 

The main active ingredient in this cocktail is the secretions of mesenchyme stem cells containing over the 480 growth factors and peptides from  AD Mesenchymal Stem Cell technology. 

How does JUVENE work?

JUVENE rejuvenates your skin by taking advantage of the self-renewing nature of stem cells and the unique delivery of the growth factor and telomerase inducer peptide system developed by Tithon Biotech.  JUVENE uses a very specific type of molecular size hyaluronic acid that helps carry the JUVENE ingredients through the skin assisted by filtered air pressure.

THE MSC growth factors and peptides are attached to Nano diamonds, which are well absorbed by the human skin, allowing the ingredients in the JUVENE cocktail to be absorbed deeper into the skin.

What does this mean for the patient?

NO INJECTIONS REQUIRED. Given the ability for the JUVENE to penetrate the skin with its unique delivery system, means that the patient does not have to worry about having to receive injections. 

SO, NO PAIN, NO BRUISING, NO SWELLING, NO SIDE EFFECTS, NO DOWNTIME AT ALL 

What does JUVENE do?

JUVENE  does the following:

• Addresses the signs of aging (such as fine wrinkles, loss of radiance/glow of skin, loss of facial skin firmness)
• Increases younger skin cell turnover
• Increases epidermal thickness 
• Stimulates the production of collagen and elastin 
• Triggers a biochemical cascade that switches on the active stem cells within your body to initiate tissue regeneration process
• Renews, activates and mobilizes the skin’s stem cells targeting rejuvenation of tissue, thus reducing wrinkles and fine lines, effectively rewinding the aging process of your skin 

Where does JUVENE help?

Anti-Aging JUVENE has an innovative anti-aging formulation with excellent long-lasting moisturizing and immediate anti-wrinkles and restructuring properties.

• It prevents dryness of the skin and protects the epidermis from extreme cold.
• It has shown to have a wound healing effect, an increase in the formation of Collagen and elastin.
• It increases radiance and tightness of the skin, and decreases fine lines 

How Is It Applied?

JUVENE has a safe and relaxing delivery system under light air pressure, which allows the absorption of our uniquely formulated peptides (Anti-aging cocktail), through to all levels and areas of the skin, in a non-invasive manner with no downtime.  It is a 20 – 30 min procedure.

How Many Times Should A Patient Get This Treatment?

We suggest 1 treatment per week for 4 weeks and then every 1-2 month. (As required - some patients may need more or fewer procedures).

What do I do if I find white flakes after treatment? 

This is a result of the high molecular weight hyaluronic acid leaving a film on the surface of the skin. It can appear as small white flakes which some people mistake as being skin flakes. 

This will normally be observed 5 – 10 minutes after treatment.

The skin typically with the assistance of the compressed air absorbs the solutions. However, some clients may experience situations where the skin does not absorb the solutions as rapidly as others, a thin white film will form on the surface of the skin as the solution dries. 

Ideally the film is left to be fully absorbed by the skin. We normally ask that the client not clean, wash or scrub the skin surface or apply make up for a period of 4 hours after treatment to allow the solution to be fully absorbed deep into the basal layer of the skin. 

Some clients find this unsettling. Your treatment protocol needs to cover dealing with this situation if it occurs. 

For those clients who have a pressing need or are uncomfortable with the white flakes on the face, the face can be cleaned of the film and a mild moisturizing cream applied to ensure the white flakes are removed. 

General Observations:

• Clients with poor skin condition will absorb the solution and not have the problem. 
• Clients with good skin condition, where the skin has less of a need for the solution are more likely to form the film
• First time clients are less likely, on subsequent treatments the film may form

We recommend the following protocol:

After the application of JUVENE, let the patient remain in the treatment location for 10 minutes. Observe if the film of hyaluronic acid is forming. If it forms, gently wipe it off with a wet sponge then massage the face. Explain to the client you are removing the excess solution that has not been absorbed by the skin. We recommend you make this as part of your procedure. 

Skin surface feels tight (almost as if it might crack) after application of JUVENE

This is a positive response and should be experienced by the majority of clients after the application of JUVENE, especially during the first application.  Most clients will experience this after their first treatment

Typical Protocol

We recommend a protocol of:

• Inform the client of the procedure – show the video to first time users 
• Make observations of the face and skin surface – preferably take photos of the face 
• Cleanse the face using a good quality cleanser
• Option – use a good quality exfoliate to further remove any dead skin
• Ensure the face is clean of any make up or other substances
• Apply JUVENE evenly across the face, whilst giving more attention to areas that need further attention. 
• Wait ten minutes after treatment to see if there is any film formed for excess hyaluronic acid and treat appropriately. 
• Brief the client on post treatment care, emphasizing not to wash, clean or apply make-up to the face for at least 4 hours.

Cleaning Jet Spray Unit

We recommend the Jet Spray Unit is cleaned after each application and at the end of the day with hot water and then dried.
